The diocesan Department of Catholic Cemeteries is available to the many parish cemeteries for leadership, and sees its work, not as a business, but a work of mercy. The office offers:
- Full-time personnel to arrange for dignified interment services as part of the Christian burial ceremony
- Ground and building maintenance
- Careful record keeping

Burlington County cemetery site a 'community of believers resting together in peace'
"When you arrive at Jesus, Bread of Life Cemetery and Mausoleum, you are greeted by an angel," says Deacon David O'Connor, director of the diocesan Department of Cemeteries.
In fact, the little angel he is referring to is a recectly interred baby of only 22 weeks who dies in her mother's womb. The small flat stone bearing her name is surrounded by a few little floral boquets and tiny stuffed animals. [...continue reading on TrentonMonitor.com]
