Youth Ministry Bootcamp is a "Basic Training" series on the vision, foundation and practical components of comprehensive youth ministry!
The training is led by Dan Waddington, Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministries for the Diocese, who will draw from his 25 + years of parish youth ministry experience to help make vision and theory become real.
These trainings are for new youth ministers or those who have not participated in YM Bootcamp before. All who complete each portion will receive a "letter of completion".

Requirements for Completion:
** Participate in all sessions
(Each session will have its's own topics/content. All sessions are required
to receive the letter of completion)
** Complete a "year long parish Youth Ministry plan"
(details provided during the trainings)
** Participate in a follow-up meeting to review your planREGISTER BELOW!
* We will send you the link for the virtual meeting 1-2 days before!
* Please make sure to have your Pastor Endorsement letter signed! -

Dr. Young Hoang, Ph.D is a supervisory clinical Psychologist and Director of Mental Health Services at the U.S. Department of State. He is also the President of the Vietnamese Eucharistic Youth Movement (VEYM) in the US, branch of the Pope's Worldwide Prayer Network (PWPN) and Pontifical Work under the Holy See. In this servant leader role, Dr. Hoang is charged with the responsibility of collaborating with leaders across the country in planning and directing programs to assist 25,000+ youth members at over 140 chapters/parishes to be good Christians and contributing members to society. Dr. Hoang has recently been a featured speaker on multiple webinars for the National Federation of Catholic Youth Ministry on the accompaniment of families and young people during the pandemic.
