DYC 2027 Registration Information

• Before You Register
  • Eligibility: Open to teens in grades 8–12. All participants and must register through a parish/school leader and teens must be accompanied by appropriate chaperones.  Teens may not register/attend independently.  
  • Chaperones: Each group must have at least 2 Safe Environment-cleared adult chaperones and maintain a ratio of 1 adult per 10 teens.
  • Parish Leader: The primary contact listed on the registration form must attend DYC 2027 and carry with them completed permission slips for all minors.
  • Group Registrations: Include both teen and adult participants in your registration.

Permission Slips & Medical Consent Forms
A parent or legal guardian must complete a consent form for each minor. The lead chaperone must collect/carry all completed forms during DYC.

Registration Dates & Fees

• Cost includes:
  • Access to all activities
  • boxed lunch (see registration form for details)
  • Free DYC T-stirt while supplies last
• Important:
  • Beginning February 1, only late or walk-in registrations will be accepted, subject to availability.
  • Walk-ins are intended for adding a few participants, not entire groups. Please contact us in advance if you need to register a large group after January 31.
  • Due to space limitations, registration may close before the event. 
  • Register early to secure your group's spot!

Payment Information

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with important details and payment instructions. You may pay online using the link in your confirmation email, mail a check, or pay by check/cash/credit card the morning of DYC. 

• Using a parish credit card? Complete the online billing information using the exact details associated with the card. 
• Paying by Check? Make checks payable to Diocese of Trenton and mail to: Diocese of Trenton P.O. Box 5147 Trenton, NJ 08638 ATTN: Laura Cortes Important:Include a note identifying the payment for DYC 2027.

Adding Participants Later

To add participants, submit another registration form using the same group leader and parish/school name. Enter only the new participants; they will be added to your existing registration as space allows.

Refund Policy

Registration fees are nonrefundable. However, you may substitute another teen or adult participant.
